Shirley Spragge

Dr. Shirley Spragge was a founding member of the Association of Canadian Archivists who served in a number of capacities in the areas of publications. education. and public awareness. Recently retired as the archivist of Queen's University, Shirley was Book Review Editor ofArc.hi~wriu until her death on 1 1 August 1995; her obituary appears elsewhere in this issue of Archi~urirr.

They are required to sign the Agreement on Authors' Rights and Responsibilities that permits Archivaria to publish and disseminate the work in print and electronically. In the same agreement, authors are required to confirm that "the material submitted for publication in Archivaria, both in its paper and electronic versions, including reproductions of other works (e.g. photographs, maps, etc.) does not infringe upon any existing copyright."
